SHIPPING for U.S.

 

* U.S. ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM VENICE BEACH, CALIFORNIA

 

* Each piece is handmade in Colombia so our U.S. inventories are limited.

 

* A shipping fee of $5 is applied to orders under $75. Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. The cost to return an item for exchange or refund is at the cost of the buyer. 

 

* Customers will be informed when the order is shipped and provided a tracking number.

 

SHIPPING for COLOMBIA

 

* COLOMBIAN ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM COLOMBIA*

 

* Colombian pieces are handmade as ordered with shipping included in the price. Please allow two to three weeks for the delivery.

 

 

 RETURNS and EXCHANGES for U.S.

 

Returns and Orders Policy

 

* We want you to be happy with your order. If issues arise and you wish to return or exchange a product, notify DIUX BEACHWEAR within seven (7) calendar days of accepting delivery of the order AND arrange return of the item/s within seven (7) calendar days after receiving our email authorizing the return.

 

* To notify DIUX BEACHWEAR, email your proof of purchase (e.g., an invoice or email confirmation of the order) to our customer service team at diuxbeachwear@gmail.com

 

* Item/s must be unworn, unwashed and in the original sellable condition. All labels, packaging and hygiene stickers must be attached and in their original condition.

 

    

* Please try on the swimwear over your own underwear to confirm the fitting. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it’s obvious that wasn’t the case.

 

* Customers are responsible for organizing the shipment for returns, including the cost of postage. DIUX BEACHWEAR is not responsible for return shipments that are lost before their confirmed arrival at the return address. We recommend shipping returns through a trackable service.

 

* Refunds are made to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase and are for the cost of items only. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please allow seven (7) business days for the refund transaction to be completed back onto your card. We will contact you via the email address listed on your order when the refund has taken place.

 

* Refunds for purchases made through PayPal may be subject to PayPal Fees upon refund. DIUX BEACHWEAR is not responsible for such fees, which generally represent a small percentage of the transaction. We cannot reimburse you for such fees if they are charged through PayPal’s platform.

 

* For exchanges, we will require a shipping payment to be made prior to re-shipment. We will request this payment from you via PayPal. The charge is $5 for U.S. orders.

 

* Due to the select nature of our product, we cannot guarantee the availability of merchandise for exchanges.

 

* Once the return order has been received, it will be processed within seven (7) business days. During holiday periods/sale seasons it may take longer.

 

* We do not accept returns from purchases made through a physical retail outlet. We can only process returns on purchases that were processed through our e-boutique.

 

* Stock quantities are not updated in real time, so on occasion, an item may be sold out at time of purchase. If you purchase an item that is sold out, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and offered a suitable replacement or full refund.

 

* ALL ITEMS DISCOUNTED, PURCHASED ON SALE OR USING A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED

 

* Orders made in Colombia are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

 

* Color shades may slightly differ in each production run. We shoot photography outdoors so the lighting may affect the color(s) in the photos, and the fabric color may appear slightly different in real life.
